5th Grade NYC Trip - The Blue Man Group
The Locust Valley Elementary Parents' Council is pleased to invite all 5th Grade LVI Students to join their Principal Mrs. Reilly and the 5th grade teachers as the four classes travel in style on coach buses to NYC to see the Blue Man Group at Astor Place Theatre Wednesday June, 12th, 2024 @12pm

Wednesday, June 12th is the big Broadway day! Here are the details: -Students should follow their normal school arrival routine -Each child and staff member will receive a cool, colorful t-shirt to wear, so everyone in the group is easy to identify -LVEPC will provide a pre-show bagel brunch -With their teacher(s) and class they will board a coach bus, equipped with a bathroom -Arrive at the theatre for 12:00pm matinee performance, runtime including intermission is 1 hour 15 minutes -At intermission snacks & water will be provided, children will NOT be able to purchase food/drinks/merchandise in the theatre -Back on the coach bus for the ride home -Please send a bagged late-lunch for child to eat while on return bus -Additional snacks and waters will be distributed during the ride -Return to LVI School between 2:00-3:00pm, traffic dependent.
